Peak Season (Weekly):
Week of June 15th, 2024 through the Week of August 24th Redwood, Twin Cedars, Grandma's Cottage - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 (Additional guests over 6, $25 per person, per night)
Non-Peak Season (Weekly): Early June, September - October Redwood, Twin Cedars, Grandma's Cottage - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 (Additional guests over 6, $25 per person, per night)
Greenwood - 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6 maximum

Cancellations more than 21 days from arrival, on credit card reservations, for any reason, will result in a $100 (plus taxes) cancellation/processing fee which will be withheld from your deposit. Cancellations on reservations paid by check, will result in a $50 (plus taxes) cancellation fee. Cancellations made 21 days or less from your arrival will be charged the full amount of your 50% deposit unless the cottage is able to be re-rented. Annual Scheduling
Our annual scheduling happens around the first of each year with preference given to past guests. Once confirmed in early February, we open our calendar to new guest reservations. We do, however, keep a waiting list so preference for openings is given to those who request early.

ALL WEEKLY RENTALS RUN FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Check in is after 3pm and Check out is before 10am.
