Twin Cedars Cottage has, without

question, one of the best vantages of

Lake Michigan available.  This vintage log cabin is

situated literally “on” the beach, and its large deck

offers a fantastic view of the lake

and surrounding beach areas.  A major renovation has made Twin Cedars a new jewel in the

Olson Cottages collection.

Inside, you’ll find a wonderful log cabin with fieldstone fireplace, three bedrooms and a living/dining/kitchen great room with cathedral ceiling and skylight.  All new lighting is featured throughout and a new forced air furnace provides a toasty atmosphere when there’s a chill outside.  The newly remodeled bath features a shower, and the kitchen is modern and efficient with new appliances, including a microwave.

          Twin Cedars is a popular

“long-term” rental with some people

taking the cottages for up to 4 weeks per season.

This same family has been coming to

Olson Cottages for over 45 years, quite

a testiment to the charm of our

cottages, grounds, and  especially our beach!

Twin Cedars was moved to its present location in the early 60’s. Its site is exceptional and its warmth, inviting.  Major renovations have preserved this wonderful Door County treasure for generations to come.   All new windows, mechanicals and siding make Twin Cedars a unique combination of modern and vintage. Twin Cedars is your opportunity to enjoy a true Door County experience.

Twin Cedars has one bedroom with a full/double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds (push together to form a king sized bed if you like) and a

third with twin-sized bunk beds.  It just doesn’t

get much better than this!

Twin Cedars location is literally “on” the lake and is unmatched anywhere in the area!
